What happens after you say yes
No six-month discovery, no black box. You should see working software inside the first thirty days.
The three phases
Phase 1 · Days 0–30
Foundation
Discovery findings turned into a working core: the operations dashboard connected to your real data, inquiry intake live, the CRM and pipeline populated from your existing records, and the first automations running on real traffic.
You get: working software your team logs into inside the first thirty days — not a requirements document.
Phase 2 · Days 30–60
Automation
The systems that remove assembly work: instant draft proposals against availability, automated follow-up, inventory and logistics workflows scoped in discovery — and Quartermaster configured to your operation, answering against your live data.
You get: measurable time coming off the quote cycle, and one assistant your team can ask instead of four places to look.
Phase 3 · Days 60–90
Growth
The demand side: technical SEO and structured data across your site, the programmatic catalog pages, AI answer-engine visibility monitoring, and the reporting cadence that ties it back to inquiries.
You get: a search presence being measured against the questions your buyers actually ask, and a system that compounds after we hand it over.
The cadence
- A weekly working session — thirty minutes, decisions not status
- A bi-weekly demo of shipped software
- A monthly owner review
- A shared board you can see without asking for an update
What you own
Everything. The code, the data, the documentation, and the accounts it all runs on. There is no lock-in and no licence held over your head — if we disappeared tomorrow, your systems would keep running and any competent developer could pick them up. That is the honest answer to the question every buyer of a young firm is silently asking.
What we need from you
- An operations lead who knows how things really work
- Read access to current systems
- Website and analytics access
- Historical quote and win/loss data, however messy
- Two hours each with a salesperson and a warehouse manager
- A decision-maker who can approve scope inside a week
How engagements are structured
Every engagement starts with a paid discovery workshop at a fixed fee, credited against the build if you proceed. The build programme is fixed-fee and scoped from what discovery finds, so there are no hourly surprises. Ongoing work runs on a monthly retainer you can review quarterly. We will not quote a number before we have seen how you operate — we would either overcharge you or underscope the work.
We work best with operations-heavy businesses doing $5M+ in revenue.
Curious what gets built? Start with the three systems or Quartermaster.
Start with the discovery workshop
Half a day with your operations and sales leads, and a fully scoped proposal within a week of it.
