What it will not do
- It does not send pricing without the approval rules you set — a quote, invoice or discount goes out only inside the limits you define.
- It does not act outside the permissions you give it. Every connection, every action type, every channel is granted explicitly and can be revoked.
- It does not replace your team's judgment on a deal. It assembles, drafts and flags; your people decide.
Questions, answered
What data does it see?
Only what you connect: your clients, jobs, invoices, schedules and the systems you grant during configuration. Your data is walled off from every other company on the platform, and you can see and revoke every connection.
Who can use it?
Whoever you decide. Access is per-person with per-person permissions — a salesperson can draft quotes, a warehouse lead can check availability, and only the people you authorize can approve anything that sends or spends.
What happens when it is not sure?
It routes straight to a person, flagged, with the original context attached. Nothing is silently dropped and nothing is guessed at — an uncertain answer is handed to your team, not papered over.
